International Shipping
- Shipping Method: EMS / EMS Premium (UPS)
- Shipping Period: 4-5 business days (standard delivery time) for all items.
- Please note that the above shipping fee policy applies only to certain countries.
- For other destinations, shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the region and the weight of each parcel.

- It is shipped by UPS, and taxes may be incurred depending on the country when you receive the items.

Cancel / Exchange / Return Guide |
Cancel
If you choose to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so only if the seller has not yet accepted your order or initiated delivery.
However, you will be responsible for any additional cost incurred in relation to such cancellation.
In some cases, the seller may have already delivered your item(s) prior to updating the shipping status.
In such cases, you may not cancel the order, but you may apply for a return and pay for the return cost only.
Exchange
Generally, we do not accept exchanges and returns except for defective items.

Return
Please be careful and ensure to double-check when you want to ship your item(s) internationally.
Basically, it is not possible to cancel the order when the status indicates ‘On Delivery' during the domestic delivery process.
Once the item has been shipped overseas (after repacking & shipment by Cheonyu Warehouse),
no return will be accepted unless you return the item(s) due to a discrepancy or defective item(s).
If a discrepancy or defective item is found, please contact the Customer Service Center immediately with your Cheonyu.com ID, transaction number, and an image of the discrepancy/defective item(s).
We will guide you on what to do after reviewing your claims.
