QWhat should I do if there are defects or damages with the product?
For products shipped via EMS or EMS Premium by Cheonyu.com, if defects or damage are found, please take detailed photos of the box and the products at the time of receipt.
If your order is shipped to an overseas destination through a shipping agency, please completely inspect the items after receiving them at the forwarding address.
Within Korea, if any damage or defects are found upon receiving the items shipped by Cheonyu.com, returns and refunds can be processed.
However, once the items are shipped to a secondary address (overseas), they are considered inspected and approved before shipping.
Therefore, Cheonyu.com can't process returns or refunds for damages or defects discovered after the items have been forwarded internationally.
