Effective April 1, 2026, the EMS Premium carrier has been changed from UPS to FedEx.

As a result, Cheonyu.com now offers three shipping options: EMS, EMS Premium (FedEx), and UPS.

1. Multiple Shipping Options

We currently operate three shipping services: EMS, EMS Premium (FedEx), and UPS.

With the change of the EMS Premium partner from UPS to FedEx, we are now able to provide more stable and expanded service coverage.

2. Standard Delivery Time

All services have a similar delivery time of approximately 3–5 business days.

3. Carrier Selection

The most suitable carrier is selected based on the destination, weight, and volume of each order.

This system helps ensure stable delivery and cost efficiency.
